Terms of service

Last updated 1 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Bastion. By connecting a wallet you agree to them.

Template text. This page ships with the product as a structure to fill in. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed for any jurisdiction. Have a lawyer write the real one before you take a deposit.

1. What this service is

Bastion is a non-custodial staking interface. You deposit tokens into a smart contract on terms you select, and rewards accrue to your position under the published formula. We are not a bank, a broker, or a fiduciary, and no deposit here is insured by anyone.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited. You are responsible for knowing which of those apply to you.

3. Your wallet, your keys

We never hold your keys and cannot recover them. A transaction signed by your wallet is treated as authorised by you. If your keys are compromised, we cannot reverse what follows.

4. Rates and terms

Advertised rates apply to positions opened while they are advertised, and the rate attached to an open position does not change. Rates for new positions may change at any time and without notice. Nothing on this site is a promise of future return.

5. Locks, cooldowns and penalties

Where a pool states a lock term, funds cannot be withdrawn before it ends except through the early exit path, on the penalty terms shown before you confirm. Where a pool states a cooldown, withdrawal is available only after it elapses, and rewards do not accrue during it.

6. Risk

Staking carries risk of total loss, including through smart contract failure, token price movement and changes in law. You accept that risk. Do not stake funds you cannot afford to lose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your own key management, from chain-level failures, or from third-party software you use to reach this service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
